I noticed this table game at the Red Rock recently, with NicksGamingStuff. Here is a link to a first look at the page. As always with such previews, I welcome all corrections, comments, suggestions, questions, etc..
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.

I will so hold you to this :P
In the intro you refer to the game as 'Let it Ride.'
The payouts in the first table (Pay Table) don't match those in the second table (Deuces Wild Return Table) do not match. Example, in the first a antural royal pays 1,000, in the second it pays 4,000.
That's it for corrections. As for comments, isn't a 6.86% house edge worse than the worst DW paytable in VP? If not, how does this game comapre to a really bad DW paytable with a 96% or so return?

A general suggestion, not specifically directed to this game per se:
If you gather product literature (e.g. rack cards) or other casino information on such games, can you scan and/or otherwise host them on your site? I obviously have a professional interest, but it may be useful for others to see the marketing materials as well as your description of the game.

I just made some changes per the above comments.
The reason the win for a natural royal was 4000 in the return table, is the player would have bet 4 units by the end of the hand, so would have won 4*1000=4000.
I debated with myself about adding a rule card. What held me back is I didn't want to violate copyright. However, I can't see Galaxy Gaming (the owners of the game) getting angry about the free publicity they are getting from me. The CEO is a very nice guy. So per your suggestion, I just added it.

Oops! Sorry. I should have noticed that. On the other hand I'm terrible at math.

It seems interesting. Not much better or worse than any of the other carnival games / poker variants out there.
In the Rules section:

6. The player may make a Raise wager, equal to two times is Ante wager, or fold.

On the scan of the rules card, this is phrased as, '...make an additional wager equal to the aggregate of your ante and play wagers.'
Personally, I would have used 'total' instead of 'aggregate'. You're wording is even better - but change 'may' to 'must'.
Can you think of any reason Galaxy Gaming chose 'aggregate' ?
Quote:

Note: Making the Raise bet on a low pair is exactly a break-even situation. The player can expect to lose two units on average whether raising or folding. Personally, I suggest raising in such situations, because the player has already established that he is a risk taker by gambling in the first place.

I LOVE the way you phrased that last part. It got me laughing!

It sound like Wild Hold 'em Fold 'em you write about in 2001.
Introduction
Wild Hold 'em Fold 'em Poker is yet another new poker variation table game.
This is evidently the first wild card table game to achieve any degree of success. As of February, 2001, it is at about half the Las Vegas casinos.Deuces Wild Table Game
Casinos that I know have it are Fitzgeralds, the Sahara, the Fiesta, and the Texas Station.
The closest game to compare this to is Let it Ride. However in this game the player must keep raising to stay in or fold, and the deuces are wild. The house edge and element of risk are rather high, so play at your own risk.
The Rules
The game is played with a single deck of cards, which is shuffled after every hand.
The player begins by placing an ante bet in the 'ante' square.
Player receives three cards face down.
After looking at cards player must decide to either bet or fold. If the player folds he forfeits his ante. If player bets he must put an amount equal to the ante in the 'bet' square.
All players who bet receive a fourth card.
After examining the four-card hand all players still in must decide to raise or fold. If player folds he forfeits both the ante and bet. If player raises he must place an amount equal to double the ante in the 'raise' square.
All players still in the game receive a fifth and final card, which pays according to the pay table below.
Pay Table for Wild Hold 'em Fold 'em Poker
Hand Payoff
Natural royal flush 1000 to 1
Four deuces 200 to 1
Wild royal flush 30 to 1

Straight flush 10 to 1
Four of a kind 4 to 1
Full house 4 to 1
Flush 4 to 1
Straight 3 to 1

'Like' ?
It sounds IDENTICAL!
Quite possibly the same game with a new name, trying to renew interest, and the Wiz forgot about the prior version.

On a related note, I did a quick Google search to see if maybe Galaxy Gaming is the distributor behind the old one. I couldn't find it.
However, I did find a site that has a description that is word-for-word, the same as on the Wiz' Wild Hold Em Fold Em page:

SHIT!!!!!!!!! What a %^#*@& waste of time! What really makes me feel stupid is I knew Galaxy bought the Wild Hold 'Em Fold 'Em game, but I forgot that I analyzed it. I should have spent my time yesterday doing Rupert's Island instead.

By 2008, it was pulled out of the majority of casinos that once had them, as was mini-Pai Gow, Let it Ride, etc.
Went into complete life-support mode, and Galaxy bought it up and did a resurrection.
Resuscitation, really. Oxygen mask, IV drip - CLEAR! [bang!] beep...beep...beep, it's back.

Yup, we have it at the Fiesta. Dealt it last week on a relief string.
And...in order to stay in a hand, players have to bet after they've bet the ANTE, and THEN Raise double after that, for a total of FOUR units to play out any hand.
Some players like it, and it has a small loyal following.
